Premises Complaints and Reporting Policy

Last Updated: 27 October 2026

This policy covers complaints and reports from clients, visitors, partners or workers about offices.com.gr premises and services managed by PARAGON Consulting Services L.P. It includes operational issues, conduct, safety, discrimination and suspected breaches.

1. Service and Operational Complaints

Email info@offices.com.gr, call +30 2810 320 579 or write to management at 91Γ Alexandrou Papanastasiou Ave., 714 09 Heraklion, Greece. Identify the location, date, facts and outcome you seek. Provide only necessary information and avoid unrelated personal data about others.

2. Review and Updates

Management records the request, assesses responsibility and urgent risks, seeks necessary clarification and reviews the available information. Where possible, a person not involved in the incident handles the review. The reporter receives updates and an outcome to the extent allowed by privacy and law. A further review may be requested with new information.

3. Confidentiality and Fair Treatment

Information is shared only with people who need it. Retaliation for a good-faith report is not permitted. An allegation does not establish fault; everyone’s rights must be respected. Anonymous messages are assessed where they provide enough detail, but clarification or a reply may not be possible.

The general company email does not guarantee technical anonymity or access by a dedicated independent recipient. For a particularly sensitive report, first ask for a suitable contact method or contact the competent external authority.

4. Protected Reports — Whistleblowing

A service complaint is not automatically a protected report under Greek Law 4990/2022. Protection depends on the subject, work-related context and legal conditions. This page describes the general process; it does not announce an appointed statutory reporting officer or certify an internal whistleblowing channel.

For matters within the law’s scope, you may use the National Transparency Authority’s external reporting channel, following the official submission guidance. You do not have to complete our general process before exercising a right to contact a competent authority.

5. Data and Emergencies

Necessary information is used for review, protection of rights and legal compliance, with limited access and retention. See the Client and Visitor Privacy Policy. Data protection concerns may also be raised with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. This is not an emergency service: call 112 if there is immediate danger.
