Multipurpose Room Rules

Last Updated: October 2026

These rules apply to the offices.com.gr Multipurpose Room in Heraklion, Crete, for seminars, presentations, training, team meetings and workshops. The room is operated by PARAGON Consulting Services L.P. and accommodates up to 25 people, depending on the agreed layout and applicable safety limits.

1. Capacity and Layout

The limit of 25 people includes organisers, speakers, staff and participants. A lower limit applies if required by the layout or safety conditions. Keep aisles and exits clear.

Agree the layout when booking, such as theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom or groups. Move furniture only after checking with management. Do not drag furniture or damage floors and equipment.

2. Bookings, Times and Cancellations

Use is limited to the confirmed booking period, including setup, technical checks, clearing up and departure. An extension requires availability and prior confirmation from management, including agreement on any extra charge.

Cancellations and date changes follow the terms provided in the offer or booking confirmation, together with the Terms of Use and Bookings. Changes take effect only after confirmation.

3. Audiovisual and Technical Equipment

Available equipment and optional services are confirmed when booking. Only agreed items are included, such as a screen, whiteboard, microphone system or Wi-Fi. Do not assume every item is available with every layout.

Follow the equipment instructions. Do not disconnect fixed cables, move installed equipment or change settings without approval. Tell management in advance about special connections, equipment or technical support you need. The Internet Usage and Responsibility Policy applies to network access.

4. Drinks, Snacks and Catering

As a specific exception to the standard meeting room food rule, water, coffee, soft drinks and light dry snacks are allowed in the Multipurpose Room in the areas indicated by management, away from equipment. Management may designate a separate break area.

Full meals, outside catering and alcohol require prior written approval and agreement on services and cleaning. Catering providers must meet the hygiene and allergen information requirements that apply to them.

5. Conduct and Safety

Keep speech, music and video sound at levels that do not disturb other businesses. The organiser must explain access arrangements, any designated parking, break areas and emergency exits to participants. Parking is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

The House Rules apply, including the ban on smoking, vaping, dangerous materials and open flames. Pets are not allowed, except guide and assistance dogs as required by law.

6. Handover, Damage and Personal Belongings

Before leaving, clean tables, erase the whiteboard, return chairs and remove papers, personal belongings, rubbish and packaging. Return equipment, remote controls, cables and adapters, and report any faults.

The organiser must take reasonable steps to ensure proper use by participants. Responsibility and damage charges are assessed based on the facts, the agreement, applicable law and the Liability and Damage Policy. Participants must look after their belongings. PARAGON remains responsible wherever liability arises under applicable law.
