Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n

This policy covers requests and agreed services provided by PARAGON Consulting Services L.P. through offices.com.gr. It distinguishes withdrawing an enquiry, cancelling a confirmed booking and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

1. Unconfirmed Requests<\/h2>\n

Contact us to correct or withdraw an availability request. Submitting a form alone does not create a booking or a cancellation charge. Include your name, the service and the requested dates.<\/p>\n

2. Confirmed Bookings and Contracts<\/h2>\n

Change deadlines, cancellation charges, deposits, no-shows and any date transfer are set out in the written offer or agreement before you commit. This page does not introduce a standard cancellation percentage or automatic loss of a deposit. Private office and address service agreements also contain their own duration, notice and deposit terms.<\/p>\n

3. How to Make a Request<\/h2>\n

Email a clear request to info@offices.com.gr. Include any booking or contract reference, service, date and preferred outcome. Do not send card numbers, PINs or passwords. For an urgent change, also contact us by phone. Management checks the details, explains the applicable terms and confirms any refund amount in writing.<\/p>\n

4. Refunds and Services We Cannot Provide<\/h2>\n

A refund due under the agreement or law is made without undue delay and within the applicable deadline, using the original payment method where possible or another lawfully agreed method. A required cash refund is not replaced with credit without your agreement. The payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.<\/p>\n

If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we contact you to discuss an agreed alternative or the refund due for the part not provided. Other legal rights remain unaffected. Ask us to check duplicate or incorrect payments and provide only the necessary transaction details.<\/p>\n

5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

Where consumer rules for distance or off-premises service contracts apply, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from the contract date. This depends on the customer\u2019s capacity and the type of contract. It does not automatically apply to every business transaction or lease.<\/p>\n

Send a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline by email or post to PARAGON Consulting Services E.E., 91\u0393 Alexandrou Papanastasiou Ave., 714 09 Heraklion, Greece. Where the right applies, the refund due is made within 14 days of notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise at no cost. Starting the service early, or losing the right after full performance, requires the specific legal conditions. A booking or payment alone is not enough.<\/p>\n
