Can this space be used as registered business premises?
Yes. The space can be used to register a new business or house an existing business. We provide a lease agreement, confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Does the rent include electricity, water, other utility bills and cleaning?
Yes, all bills are included.
Is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provided with the lease?
Yes. The details of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) are included in the lease submission on Taxisnet.
Is a registered office address the same as a virtual office? What does a virtual office provide?
No. This service provides physical business space. A virtual office provides a professional mailbox or business address and administrative support, such as telephone services, reception and mail handling.
Is a lease agreement provided for a virtual office service?
The service provides a professional mailbox rather than business premises. A mailbox lease agreement is provided. It does not include a Taxisnet lease submission certificate or an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Can the premises be inspected by the tax authorities?
Our rental spaces can be inspected by the tax authorities. Your lease agreement is accompanied by official confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet.
Which workspaces can be used for ESPA funding programmes?

How long does the rental process take?
First, send us your business or organisation details electronically. Within 24 hours, we will send you the signed lease agreement and confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet.
Finally, you provide us back, the Lease Agreement signed and you accept the Certificate of Posting on Taxisnet, within 3 working days.
