Can I rent a workspace with a separate electricity meter (PPC/DEI)?
Yes, this option is available.
Does the rent include electricity, water, other utility bills and cleaning?
Shared building costs, water and internet are included. Electricity and cleaning are not included.
Is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provided with the lease?
Yes. The details of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) are included in the lease submission on Taxisnet.

What is a dedicated desk in a shared workspace?
It is an allocated, furnished workspace in a shared office. It has a shared entrance and includes access to a shared kitchen and toilet.
Can a dedicated desk be used as registered business premises?
Yes. The space can be used to register a new business or house an existing business. We provide a lease agreement, confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Does the rent include electricity, water, other utility bills and cleaning?
Yes, all bills are included.

What is a registered office address with office or warehouse space?
A registered office address with warehouse space provides a separate business storage area, usually around 4 m², suitable for trading businesses. A registered office address with office space provides a furnished workspace, usually around 3-5 m², suitable for service businesses, with or without on-site use.
Can this space be used as registered business premises?
Yes. The space can be used to register a new business or house an existing business. We provide a lease agreement, confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Is a registered office address the same as a virtual office? What does a virtual office provide?
No. This service provides physical business space. A virtual office provides a professional mailbox or business address and administrative support, such as telephone services, reception and mail handling.
Is a lease agreement provided for a virtual office service?
The service provides a professional mailbox rather than business premises. A mailbox lease agreement is provided. It does not include a Taxisnet lease submission certificate or an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Can I pay by the month?
To keep costs low, we offer four rental packages:
– Three-month period 240€ plus VAT 24%,
– Six-month period 420€ plus VAT 24%
– Annual 720€ plus VAT 24%,
– Two-year 1,200€ plus VAT 24%.

Can the premises be inspected by the tax authorities?
Our rental spaces can be inspected by the tax authorities. Your lease agreement is accompanied by official confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet.
Which workspaces can be used for ESPA funding programmes?
Private office suites and registered business addresses with warehouse space can be used for these funding programmes.

How long does the rental process take?
First, send us your business or organisation details electronically. Within 24 hours, we will send you the signed lease agreement and confirmation of its submission through Taxisnet. Then return the signed lease agreement and accept the lease submission on Taxisnet within 3 working days.
What are the payment methods?
By bank transfer to our bank accounts:
