Compliance, Warning and Sanctions Procedure

Last Updated: 27 October 2026

This procedure explains how PARAGON Consulting Services L.P. handles breaches of agreed rules at offices.com.gr premises. Its purpose is safety, fair treatment and a return to normal operation.

1. Record and Initial Assessment

Management records the specific facts, relevant rule and necessary available evidence. It considers seriousness, immediate risk, repetition and the person’s explanation. A report alone does not prove fault.

2. Notice and Warning

For an ordinary breach, we first explain the rule and the correction required. Where needed, a written warning describes the issue, a reasonable time to comply and possible next steps. The person concerned may clarify or dispute the evidence.

3. Proportionate Measures

Depending on the incident, measures may include stopping an activity, correcting the issue, repairing damage or temporarily restricting a specific service. Charges are not imposed as arbitrary penalties: they require a lawful contractual basis and evidence. Contract termination must follow the applicable conditions and procedures.

4. Urgent Cases

An immediate risk to people, facilities or the network may require necessary temporary action before the usual stages. Notice, a record and review follow as soon as it is safe. This procedure does not authorise unlawful eviction, seizure of personal belongings or preventing anyone from leaving.

5. Review and Personal Data

Ask for a review at info@offices.com.gr, identifying the incident and your objection. Management considers the evidence and any conflict of interest and explains its position. Information is kept only as necessary, with restricted access. Names and allegations are not circulated to other users.

See the House Rules, Liability and Damage Policy and Customer Privacy Policy. Your right to contact authorities or the courts remains unaffected.
