House Rules
Last Updated: October 2026
These rules apply to the private offices and coworking spaces offered by offices.com.gr, operated by PARAGON Consulting Services L.P. They apply to office and business or registered address clients, their colleagues and visitors. They help maintain a professional, safe and clean workplace for everyone.
1. Smoking and Fire Safety
Smoking, vaping, heated tobacco devices and other tobacco products are not allowed anywhere indoors, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets and corridors.
Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area designated by management for that location. Use the fixed ashtrays and fully extinguish cigarette ends. Do not leave them on the ground, in bins containing paper or outside the designated area.
2. Food, Kitchen and Dishes
Eat meals only in the designated kitchen or dining area. Water, coffee, other drinks and dry snacks are allowed at private offices and workstations, provided they do not create mess or strong smells. Cooked or greasy meals are not allowed in offices or the coworking area.
Food is not allowed in standard meeting rooms. The Multipurpose Room has a specific exception for drinks, light snacks and approved catering, as explained in its room rules.
Wash, dry and put away dishes immediately after use. Do not leave used cups, plates or cutlery in the sink or on kitchen counters. Clean surfaces and dispose of food waste in the appropriate bins.
3. Hygiene and Toilets
Leave toilets clean and tidy. Follow the building instructions: place toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products and other items in the designated bins, not in the toilet bowl. Report leaks, blockages or missing supplies promptly.
4. Carpets, Floors and Damage
Take care when carrying drinks. Report spills or damage immediately and do not use unsuitable cleaning products. Reasonable, documented costs for specialist cleaning, repairs or necessary replacement are handled under the Liability and Damage Policy. Normal wear and tear is not charged as damage.
5. Pets and Assistance Dogs
Pets are not allowed. Guide and assistance dogs for people with disabilities are exempt, as required by applicable law. Contact management before your visit if you need accessibility support.
6. Quiet and Professional Conduct
Keep your voice low. Avoid noise, music, speakerphone use and phone conversations in corridors, reception and other shared areas. Make calls in an appropriate room or a meeting room you have booked. Harassment, bullying and discrimination are not accepted.
7. Events and Dangerous Materials
Parties, social gatherings and events involving alcohol require prior written approval. Dangerous or flammable materials, gas cylinders, explosives, fireworks, open flames and illegal substances are prohibited. Approved cleaning supplies must be stored and used according to safety instructions.
8. Shared Areas and Meeting Rooms
Book rooms in advance and keep to the agreed time. Before leaving, return chairs, clean the table, erase the whiteboard, remove cups, notes and personal items, and switch off equipment as instructed. An extension requires confirmation from management.
9. Access and Security
Keys, cards, codes and digital access credentials are personal and must not be shared. Report loss or suspected unauthorised use immediately. Keep external doors closed without wedging them open. Keep corridors and emergency exits clear. Clients must accompany their visitors and explain the rules to them.
10. Reporting and Breaches
Report hazards, faults and incidents to management promptly. In an emergency, call 112. Depending on the seriousness of a breach, management may request corrective action, temporarily restrict use or take steps allowed by the agreement and the law. Authorities may be contacted where there is a lawful reason. Nothing in these rules removes mandatory legal rights or responsibilities.
