Enquiries and booking requests
We use your name, email, telephone number, service preferences, requested dates/times and message to answer your enquiry and take steps you request before a possible agreement. The relevant basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; general enquiries and the protection of our services may also involve our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Fields marked with an asterisk are needed for the corresponding request. An incomplete request may prevent us from answering or checking availability.
Personal identity, home address and personal tax fields on the lease form are optional at the initial enquiry stage. Please do not enter an identity card/passport number, a home address or sensitive information before speaking with us. Information needed for an agreement or invoicing can be requested separately for that purpose. Do not enter card numbers or banking passwords in any form or message.
Requests and acknowledgement emails are processed through our hosting and email providers, including Pointer and Microsoft, and by people authorised to handle the request. Your form submission is not consent to promotional emails. Acknowledgements do not reproduce your identity documents or the full contents of your request.
Technical services and measurements
The website uses Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection and Google Analytics 4 for website measurement. These services may receive technical connection/device information. Our Analytics configuration sets analytics/ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation to denied by default and disables Google signals and advertising personalisation. Limited measurement signals can still be transmitted. A form-success event contains only the form identifier, request type and language; we do not add names, email addresses, telephone numbers, tax/identity numbers or message contents to these events. A telephone/email click measures a click, not a completed call, email or sale.
Google services may process information outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Google’s Privacy Policy. For additional information about Analytics, see Google’s partner-site information. Technical cookies may be used for login, security and third-party embedded services. Your browser provides cookie and site-storage controls.
Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence is retained for the time required to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations or establish or defend claims. Data that is no longer needed should be removed. Technical request limits in the forms use short-lived, salted connection digests rather than storing raw IP addresses in the additional form-protection module. The form module does not create a separate database of message contents.
Your rights
Contact info@offices.com.gr to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object, where the applicable conditions are met. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We may need to verify your identity appropriately. Enquiries are assessed by our team; the booking form does not make a binding automated availability decision.
Request terms
The website forms submit enquiries or requests. They do not provide real-time availability and do not automatically reserve a workspace or meeting room. An automatic receipt email is an acknowledgement only. Availability, dates/times, price and the applicable lease/booking terms must be confirmed separately by offices.com.gr.
